I’m Haris Adele, your guide and temple keeper.
For the past 10 years, I’ve practiced as a Sound Healer and Shamanic Guide through an earth-based, feminine shamanic sound healing lineage, Sonic Love Alchemy, founded by my teacher & mentor, Amma Sophia Rose.
I facilitate song circles, sound baths, voice activation workshops, shamanic ceremonial healing work, and deep dive learning containers for individuals and groups.
I make ceremonial art and medicine music and help other medicine musicians and artists bring their frequency attuned creations into the world.
I’ve worked with healers, guides, ceremonialists, coaches, musicians, artists, mystics, who I fondly call depth workers.
I’m deeply committed to supporting the liberation, expansion, and empowerment of the voice of the feminine in all beings. I work in service to the benefit & wellbeing of the Earth and all her inhabitants.
I believe that activating the voice, understanding the medicine of music, and learning to listen to the voices of the Earth are key skills to cultivate in order to support the healing of individuals, ecosystems and cultures.
The Sound Temple is my sanctuary for us…the depth workers and frequency keepers longing for safe spaces to explore the depths and learn from the mystery Herself.
